Rolestorming

Request Information

Rolestorming is defined on the legacy site as assuming the role of another person or object and, from that perspective, generating ideas around an opportunity, a prevention, or a problem.

The method is rooted in Rick Griggs’ Silicon Valley work at National Semiconductor and Intel, and in his original 1985 Training Magazine article, A Storm of Ideas.
